OLYMPOS MONS´ NEW BOOKING AGENCY IN FINLAND
Last month we made an agreement with King & Rose productions/management. They will for now on be our booking agency in Finland. We have no great expections but hopefully It would help us get some gigs here in our homeland. We're also about to begin rehersing a longer live set, since the last gigs we've made were only about 1h long we're going to need a proper show to take out on the road. But first we're going to play a gig at "Lappvik Rock" festival. A minor event in our bass player's and singers home village. A little spark maybe, to get us going after a major break?

UNCERTAINTY ABOUT WHO IS GOING TO RELEASE THE UPCOMING OLYMPOS MONS ALBUM "MEDIEVIL"... The negotiations with our former label concerning the new album has taken unexpecting turns. Olympos Mons are not satisfied with how the distribution of the debut album Conquistador was handled. Neither are we satisfyed with any explanations provided since any reasonable answers were not provided in the first place. We have reached a dead end. The album will be released but it is still uncertain by who. "There´s been some interesting offers, but we´re still waiting for as many as possible before we make a decision", says Ian E. Highhill.We also hope that the fans will show patience since the release will be delayed 29 .November 2006

MIXING OF THE NEW ALBUM ALMOST FINISHED... One day left of mixing and our new album will finally be ready. After several months of hard work we are witnessing the birth of an truly awesome work. The album is mixed by Janne Saksa at Sound Supreme Studios in Hämeenlinna and mastering will take place at Finnvox Studios in july. After that we will just have to wait for a release date by our label and the cd to hit the listening devices of you eagerly waiting fans out there.... 16. June 2006

CONQUISTADOR NEVER REACHED FINLAND !!! ( UNBELIEVABLE , BUT TRUE !!! ) The Olympos Mons´ Conquistador never reached the stores in Finland because of some MAJOR problems with distributors (READ: INCOMPETENCE OR PERHAPS EVEN SABOTAGE! ). We´re still waiting for information why this has happened. We will inform you as soon as we know something... 2 . April 2005
